Looking for a place to service our Andersen windows was a challenge. Most places don't want to bother fixing windows; they'd rather sell you new ones. Jim from Great Plains listened to us about the trouble we were having with some of our windows. He sent us information on how to identify what windows we had, then gave us an estimate for parts and labor. He came out, fixed all the windows, explained what happened and how we could prevent the problems from occurring in other windows. He was on site longer than expected but did not charge us extra labor. He even installed some caulk on our patio window, gratis. He did not use all the parts he ordered so did not charge us for those. He was polite, befriended our crazy dog and overall went above and beyond. We were very pleased and highly recommend this business for servicing windows.

We had several window cranks on our Anderson windows that had gone bad, and we had a leaky patio door. I was afraid of damaging the window sill when replacing the cranks myself so I called to get a quote. I was surprised how reasonable it was. The repair man showed up on time and was very nice. He found some extra things that needed to be done on the patio door. Thankfully the price for that was very reasonable too. Now we have windows that work like new, a patio door that works like new (no more leaks or squeaks!) and trim/paint that isn't destroyed because I did it myself. I will be calling them again in the future as my other window repair needs arise. It was a great buying experience.
